As part of legal services, we are always looking for the most advantageous solution for our clients. If possible, we guide clients to out-of-court dispute settlement, which is usually the most time- and cost-effective. If an amicable settlement of the dispute is not possible, we represent clients in court proceedings in the Czech Republic, most often in commercial and labor law matters. The contentious agenda that we deal with in our practice includes disputes from purchase contracts, employment contracts, management contracts or agency contracts. We support our clients throughout the entire court process, incl. representation at higher courts. As part of cooperation with foreign offices, we provide legal representation of our clients in other countries outside the Czech Republic.
