About us
Andrea Průšová, an attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association since 2010, has many years of experience in the field of financial law, including its regulatory aspects, capital markets law and corporate law. During her professional career, she has acquired a wide range of skills in other areas of law, including intellectual property law, data protection law and pharmaceutical law.
Andrea specializes in drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, both for the benefit of banks and other financial institutions, as well as for reputable corporate clients. She has extensive experience in debt financing across different sectors, including acquisition and real estate transactions. In addition, she provides legal advice on financial services regulation and represents clients in licensing proceedings at the Czech National Bank. Her practice also encompasses advising on securities issuance both for and without admission to the regulated securities market.
Andrea studied law and legal science at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She completed a one-year internship in Great Britain focusing on issues of financial and tax law as part of an Erasmus exchange.
Prior to founding her law firm, Andrea worked at the international law firm Bird&Bird and other prominent Czech law firms with an international presence. She has also provided legal services to members of the KKCG group including Medicem, through closer collaboration.
Andrea provides legal services in Czech, Slovak and English.
